1.
트랜스 지방산
a type of unsaturated fatty acid occurring in margarines and manufactured baked goods, and also naturally in small amounts in meat and milk fats. It has been shown to raise levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol—the 'bad' cholesterol—and lower levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol—the 'good' cholesterol—and is associated with an increased risk of coronary heart disease.
